Data Engineer

Tasks:

• Acting as a data engineering specialist on client projects and internal initiatives,

• Designing, implementing and monitoring cloud-based ETLs,

• Setting up Microsoft Azure services, including Azure Databricks, ADLS, Azure Data Factory,

• Gathering business requirements regarding data products and addressing them with technical solutions,

• Cooperation with other data engineers, data analysts or developers

• Regular communication with project stakeholders.

Requirements:

• At least 2-3 years of professional experience,

• Working experience with Microsoft Azure (Blob storage, Databricks, Data Factory) or Hadoop ecosystem (Spark, Hive, YARN) or GCP/AWS alternatives,

• Experience with processing large volumes of data,

• Min B2 in English, written and spoken,

• Practical knowledge of Python (base, pandas, numpy),

• Practical knowledge of version control in git.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with Linux and bash scripting,

• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes,

• Experience in Retail, FS, Energy or Public sector.
