Data Architect

For one of our clients, we are looking for a Data Architect.

The Client operates in the technology sector, delivering advanced digital solutions for the automotive and mobility services industries. The company focuses on building data-driven products, modern analytics capabilities, and business process automation.

We are looking for an experienced Data Architect with a hands-on approach, excellent communication and collaboration skills, proven experience in building commercial data warehouses from scratch, strong technical competencies: SQL Server, ETL, Kimball and ability to work in project environments and deliver complete end-to-end solutions.

Technical Requirements

• Hands-on experience in designing and implementing Data Warehouses, including infrastructure-level work

• Strong knowledge of the Kimball Data Model or similar data warehouse design concepts

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server

• Hands-on ETL design and development experience

• Experience using AI tools supporting design and development

• English at minimum B2+, ideally C1

• Ability to clearly present and explain professional experiences in a business-friendly manner

Responsibilities:

• Designing the Kimball Data Model for a new data warehouse

• Developing and implementing ETL processes

• Building the query layer

• Designing and implementing Slowly Changing Dimensions

• Preparing a Proof of Concept covering: the Data Warehouse layer, ETL processes, the analytical engine (Analysis Engine)

• The candidate can start as soon as selected (the client begins cooperation immediately after choosing the right person)

• The client may request completion of a Culture Index personality assessment (not always required)

• In rare cases within the organization, a background check may be required
