Full Stack Engineer (Client Delivery Team)

About the Role

We’re looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join our customer delivery team, working directly with enterprise clients on rapid, high-impact projects. This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy hands-on technical work and collaborating closely with business stakeholders to solve real customer problems. You'll take part in designing, developing, and delivering end-to-end solutions during short, high-intensity pilots, driving measurable value and accelerating deal closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Work deeply embedded in client projects, leading technical discovery, building prototypes, and iterating solutions in 3–5 day on-site or remote pilots

• Design and implement both backend and frontend components using modern technology stacks (Node.js, Python, Java, React, etc.) within cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure)

• Translate client requirements into effective data models, scalable APIs, and intuitive user experiences

• Partner with Account Executives and Solution Architects to support technical evaluations and proofs-of-value

• Communicate technical concepts clearly to both engineering and business audiences

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering (full stack/backend/frontend)

• Strong proficiency with data modeling, microservices, and cloud deployments

• Hands-on experience building and delivering solutions for enterprise customers

• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills; comfortable working directly with clients

• Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)

• Experience with AI/ML/data-centric platforms is a plus
