ShareSpace is a marketplace & transaction management SaaS for commercial office space. Thousands of companies across multiple countries use ShareSpace to find, compare and lease office space entirely online through the ShareSpace leasing ecosystem.
As an IT Support Specialist at ShareSpace, you will work directly with the Operations Team in order to deliver an amazing experience to all ShareSpace users.
Your tasks will include:
- Managing accesses to the ShareSpace tech stack
- Setting up hardware and software for ShareSpace employees
- Admin role in HubSpot and Jira
- Helping in Process Automation projects (HubSpot Workflows, Jira Automations, Zapier integrations and other)
Experience we’re looking for:
- Degree in IT related field
- 2+ years of experience as System Administration
- Experience in CRM systems
- Experience with Atlassian Jira, Confluence and Service Desk or equivalent
- Fluent spoken and written English
Nice to have experience:
- Basic programming skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
