Data Analytics Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Analytics Engineer who wants to own the path from raw data to business decisions - transforming data through to a semantic layer, then turning it into insights that shape product strategy.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional experience in data/analytics, with strong SQL (Python is a plus)

• Hands-on experience with building powerful data visualisations using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Looker

• Experience working with dbt

• Solid grasp of data modelling

• Strong communication skills - experience working with stakeholders

Nice to have:

• Experience in optimising BigQuery queries

• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS)

• AI-assisted software development experience

• Background in insurance or finance

As a part of the team you will:

• Build data pipelines transforming data from bronze to silver to gold to the semantic layer

• Deliver high-quality data insights into the business in order to shape an insurance company's roadmap

• Work closely with senior stakeholders on identifying business requirements and shaping the product

• Build & improve our data analysis process using the latest tools such as Claude Code or Codex

Recruitment process

It consists of the following stages:

• CV screening

• Tech screening (45 min)

• Live coding session (1h)

• End-to-end analytics exercise (1h)

At least one of the stages must be completed on-site in one of the major cities: Wrocław, Poznań, Katowice, Kraków, Warszawa or Gdańsk.
