UX/UI Desinger

Senovo is looking for an experienced UX/UI Designers to join our client on a fully remote freelance contract. The role requires availability during CET working hours (09:00–17:00), with occasional later calls possible.

We are seeking a professional with 8–10 years of experience in UX/UI design, capable of working independently and collaborating effectively across teams. The successful candidate will take the lead in user research, strategy development, and execution of intuitive, user-centric designs for complex web and SaaS applications.

Key Responsibilities

User Research & Insights

• Lead user research activities including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Analyze user behavior and pain points to guide design decisions.
• Develop user personas, customer journeys, and empathy maps.

Design Strategy & Planning

• Define and implement UX strategies aligned with business goals.
• Translate business requirements into intuitive, user-friendly design solutions.
• Deliver wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visual design assets.

UI/UX Design Execution

• Design responsive web applications, SaaS platforms, and data-driven interfaces.
• Create and maintain scalable design systems for product consistency.
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation.
• Apply WCAG standards to support accessible, inclusive design.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders.
• Facilitate design workshops and brainstorming sessions.
• Present design solutions with clear rationale to leadership teams.

Testing & Iteration

• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine designs.
• Use tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD to produce high-fidelity prototypes.
• Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and data insights.

Requirements

• Proven experience designing complex web applications, enterprise software, or SaaS platforms.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent tools.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design, IA, and usability heuristics.
• Experience with user research and translating findings into design solutions.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development principles is a plus.
• Experience creating and maintaining scalable design systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Strong ability to articulate design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
