Solution Architect

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect / Software Manager who combines deep technical expertise with strong communication skills and a strategic business mindset. You will act as a technology leader, driving architecture design, mentoring development teams, and collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that automate tax and finance processes for global clients.

Duration: long term - 2+years

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional technical teams (Frontend, Backend, QA, DevOps) on digital transformation projects.

• Design scalable, secure, and cloud-based enterprise solutions.

• Conduct architectural workshops and discovery sessions with clients.

• Translate business requirements into effective, high-performing technology solutions.

• Collaborate with distributed teams across Europe, the US, and APAC.

• Support business development through pre-sales, technical assessments, and solution proposals.

• Mentor and guide developers, ensuring adherence to architectural best practices and standards.

Requirements

• Experience in designing and delivering complex IT solutions.

• Proven experience leading technical teams and managing international projects.

• Strong understanding of microservices architecture, DDD, CQRS, and Event Sourcing.

• Proficiency in key technologies:

  • .NET Core / Node.js

  • Azure (App Services, AKS, Functions, etc.)

  • Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.

• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong ownership and accountability.
