Solution Architect - Technology & automation

We are looking for a highly skilled Solution Architect with a strong background in technology, process automation, and tax compliance to join our growing team. This role bridges the gap between business needs and technology, ensuring the design and implementation of scalable, innovative automation solutions that drive efficiency and ensure regulatory compliance.

This is a client-facing role that requires strategic thinking, technical leadership, and the ability to communicate complex solutions in a clear, business-friendly manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their tax and compliance challenges and translate them into tailored automation and digital transformation solutions.

• Design and implement end-to-end software architecture, ensuring high performance, scalability, and long-term maintainability.

• Lead discovery workshops, process reviews, and solution design sessions with clients and internal teams.

• Partner with developers, consultants, and business analysts to guide implementation and ensure the successful delivery of solutions.

• Support business development initiatives, including contributing to proposals, product demos, and pre-sales engagements.

• Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to identify innovative opportunities for clients.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in solution architecture, software design, or automation project delivery.

• Strong understanding of business process transformation and automation tools (e.g., RPA, low-code platforms, workflow automation).

• Ability to engage with senior business stakeholders and interpret business needs into structured technical solutions.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to tackle complex regulatory or compliance challenges.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Experience with pre-sales, proposal writing, or client pitches is an advantage.

• Background in tax technology or compliance systems is highly desirable but not mandatory.
