Senior Python Developer

We’re looking for a seasoned engineer (around 7-10 years) to help build and scale enterprise-grade systems.

You’ll focus on shipping production-quality software that delivers real business value.

What you’ll do

- Lead and meaningfully contribute to the architecture, delivery, and operation of complex, high-scale systems.

- Partner closely with product, design, and business stakeholders to shape solutions and outcomes.

- Uphold reliability, scalability, and compliance standards in an enterprise environment.

What you’ll bring

- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.

- Strong proficiency with Python, FastAPI (or a comparable modern Python framework), and PostgreSQL.

- A product mindset: ownership, initiative, and a bias for delivering production-ready features.

- Significant enterprise experience, especially across security/access/identity, eligibility or rules engines, and enterprise payment platforms.

- Comfort with agile, iterative development and data-informed decision-making.

- Clear, fluent English communication in both written and spoken contexts.

Core tech requirements

- Python (advanced)

- FastAPI or similar modern Python web framework

- PostgreSQL (solid working knowledge)

Nice to have

- Event-driven architecture, microservices, and REST APIs

- CI/CD, monitoring/observability, and production support (e.g., Datadog)

- Cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, or Azure

- Containerized or serverless infrastructure
