. Role: Freelance MongoDB Developer

. Location: 100% Remote (Poland-based)

. Contract: 2 Years

. Language: Polish fluency required and English

Key Responsibilities

. Design, develop, and optimize MongoDB databases using MongoDB Atlas

. Implement database performance tuning, indexing, and scalability strategies

. Ensure high availability, replication, and backup strategies for MongoDB clusters

. Work closely with backend developers to design efficient database structures

. Implement best practices for security and data integrity

. Monitor database performance and troubleshoot issues proactively

Qualifications & Skills

. Strong hands-on experience with MongoDB and MongoDB Atlas

. Proficiency in database schema design, indexing, and query optimization

. Experience with cloud-based database solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP)

. Knowledge of Node.js, Python, or Java for database integrations

. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

. Fluent in Polish (mandatory)
