Data Scientist

What will you be doing?

• Develop and deploy predictive models and machine learning solutions to solve business problems.
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to extract insights and drive data-driven decisions.
• Leverage Databricks, Snowflake, or MS Fabric for data preparation and advanced analytics.
• Work with Delta Parquet and Medallion-based architectures to ensure efficient data organization and management.
• Utilize MS Azure Cloud services (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Kubernetes) for scalable data workflows.
• Work with data lakes, data warehouses, and data marts for cloud-based data storage and analysis.
• Build interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to communicate insights to stakeholders.

Must-Have Skills:

• Proficiency in statistical modeling, machine learning, and EDA.
• Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, and Azure Data Factory.
• Familiarity with Delta Parquet, Medallion-based architecture, and Lakehouse Federation.
• Strong skills in data integration tools like FiveTran and orchestration frameworks (e.g., Dagster, Airflow).
• Expertise in creating dashboards with Power BI.
• Proficiency in JupyterHub and version control tools (GitHub, Azure DevOps).

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Dataiku for end-to-end workflows.
• Experience with data governance and Data Catalog tools.
• Familiarity with Grafana for monitoring and reporting.
• Basic understanding of Docker for containerization and deployment.
