Product Manager

Knowing that the work you do could have a real impact on reducing carbon emissions would be incredibly rewarding. But where do you apply yourself, where will you have real-world impact? 

This role will see you taking point on all things product for a small cross-functional unit who have been tasked with helping a large energy company's 4 million+ customers move to renewable sources like solar and heat pumps. 

They have the might of big corporate when it comes to customer access and marketing budgets but have a separate CEO and CTO and a lot of flexibility when figuring out how to achieve their mission. 

Sarah, the person currently doing this role is taking maternity leave. She has helped the team come a long way but there is a lot more to do and she would like to have helped the team find a replacement before she goes. 

She is hoping to find someone with; 

• A track record of software product management
• Previous experience of working in startup environments 
• Ideally some background in energy or renewables (nice to have)  

This person will help with some key challenges like; 

• Mapping customer journeys 
• Working with the engineering team to build key features 
• Identifying points of friction and reducing or erasing them 
• Growing the number of franchised intstallers of solar and heat pumps 

FAQ’s 

• Can I work remotely? Yes you can be remote anywhere in Europe. However you should be happy to travel to London a couple of times a quarter. Your travel costs will be reimbursed. 

• What sort of contract is on offer? Permanent contract or B2B arrangements are both considered. 

• What is the salary? Up to €90 000
