As a junior UKG Management Consultant, you will help implement, configure, and support the UKG Time Management module, enhancing clients' HR processes, especially in time tracking. Your expertise in UKG solution and HR best practices will contribute to the success of client projects and HR transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
Work independently and with diverse teams to deliver a UKG solution.
Analyze requirements, design solutions, configure, implement, and troubleshoot UKG Timekeeper, Scheduling/Advance scheduling, Accruals, Analytics, Activities, Attendance
Guide customers both on-site and remotely using UKG Best Practices.
Lead requirement gathering workshops and training sessions.
Assist stakeholders in their digital transformation with UKG solutions.
Perform feasibility studies and solution reviews.
What You Bring:
1 + years of experience in implementing and supporting UKG Time Management.
Knowledge of UKG modules.
Timekeeper (preferred)
Scheduling (nice to have)
Advance scheduling (nice to have)
Accruals (preferred)
Analytics (nice to have)
Activities (nice to have)
Attendance (nice to have)
Forecaster (nice to have)
UKG Time Management certification (optional).
Understanding of HR business processes.
Excellent communication skills.
Knowledge of Boomi Integration is a plus.
