Senior Project Manager (Embedded)

Salary range: 90 - 120 PLN net / hour (B2B contract)

We work mostly on the projects from the medical industry, but also automotive, electronics and IoT. Our projects target embedded boards, desktops and mobiles.

Our requirements  

• At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the IT industry
• Proven track record in Embedded projects or medical devices
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and modern project management techniques
• Experience in conducting project workshops
• High emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills
• Self-reliance, excellent organization skills, and a strong sense of responsibility for project success
• English proficiency at B2/C1 level
• Based in Warsaw (hybrid work model)

Nice to have  

• Familiarity with IEC 62304 and ISO 13485 standards
• Experience working in a Software House

Your responsibilities  

• Leading multiple teams and overseeing project execution
• Documenting requirements (often in compliance with IEC 62304) and proposed solutions
• Managing projects in Jira
• Conducting project workshops with clients
• Supporting the sales department
• Defining and documenting internal processes
• Contributing to organizational growth
• Account management
