For one of our customers from medical space we look for Business Analyst to boost the development effort of their next-generation device.

Your responsibilities

1. Gathering and analyzing business and user requirements, particularly in medical and scientific contexts
2. Working closely with clients and technical teams to translate business needs into functional and non-functional specifications
3. Creating and maintaining documentation such as user stories, business process flows, and system diagrams
4. Supporting compliance activities in regulated environments
5. Participating in product definition, roadmap planning, and validation strategies
6. Supporting QA and development teams in understanding complex business and domain logic
7. Facilitating communication between stakeholders and the development team

Our requirements

1. 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or software development
2. Background in the medical industry or clinical research, with strong domain knowledge
3. Familarity with Jira and Confluence
4. Familarity with Jama software
5. Educational or professional experience related to physics or scientific software
6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
7. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written (English B2/C1)
8. Proficiency in creating documentation

Nice to have

1. Familiarity with IEC 62304, ISO 13485, or similar regulatory standards
2. Experience with embedded software systems
3. Knowledge of data analysis techniques or scientific modeling
