Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead governance and coordination of AI control tower functions in a fully virtual organization.

• Develop and refine blueprints, frameworks, and processes for all AI operational activities.

• Maintain high standards of process quality, compliance, and governance alongside the Control Tower team.

• Enforce governance on AI performance monitoring, risk, compliance, autonomous AI criteria, and quality assurance.

• Drive alignment and standardization of AI governance to ensure transparency, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

• Identify and address gaps to maintain operational excellence and foster innovation.

Your Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field, preferably with AI governance experience.

• Proven expertise in business analysis, process design, and quality assurance in AI or tech-driven settings.

• Strong knowledge of AI risk management, compliance, and IT security-by-design.

• Experience with AI applications in administrative functions (Finance, HR, Purchasing, Sales, Logistics SCM) is a plus.

• Skilled in managing or coordinating virtual teams and decentralized units.

• Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail on process blueprints and control frameworks.

• Excellent English communication (minimum C1 level), German and Polish language skills are an advantage.

• Willingness to travel up to 5% as needed.
