Products we develop aim to change the future of Fintech Market! As a part of Product Development Team you will be responsible for driving long-term product development strategy.

Your role as a Product Manager will be to:
- act as an evangelist to build awareness and create buy-in for the product vision both internally and externally
- keep track of industry and market trends and assess new partnerships and licensing opportunities
- co-define and drive overall product vision, strategy and metrics
- lead product discovery by close collaboration with key stakeholders
- prepare and present product plans, identify risks and challenges
- define and manage product roadmap with awareness of regulatory affairs

Desired Skills & Experience:
- significant previous experience in Product Management of software products
- proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies
- excellent communication skills (both with business and technical teams)
- ability to present and defend your ideas to other key stakeholders
- skills at working effectively with cross-functional distributed teams in a matrix organization
- ability to set priorities and communicate them across the organization
- effective time and team capacity management skills
- fluent English and Polish (C1+)
- prior experience with FinTech or any other regulated market and international environment would be awesome

3. On-site meeting with our CEO and CTO - to understand your personal and professional experience, your values, your perspective on your biggest accomplishments and failures. Also learn what are your professional plans are and whether Savangard with our products is the place where you could make them come true - up to 90 mins.
5. Final decision - within 2 weeks time after your interview we'll get back to you with our decision!
