Platform Software Engineer

About our Team

Our Team focus on software quality and the development process of Samsung mobile chipset. We keep up-to-date with all projects in our research hub. Using the most modern solutions, we handle their specification, the verification of software quality and conduct rigorous testing in many places all over the world.

Role and Responsibilities

• Responsible for Platform device driver SW implementation (PCIe)

• Development of mobile device communication chipset (modem)

• Direct cooperation with R&D centers of other leading producers of telecommunications equipment

Skills and Qualifications

• Graduate of telecommunications, computer science, electrical engineering, or similar studies (students of last year are also welcome)

• C/C++ programming experience

• Experience with RTOS

• Strong analytical and debugging skills

• Good English skills

• Willingness to travel for business trips

• Driving license cat B

• Open-minded and ‘outside the box’ thinking

Nice to have

• Experience working with JTAG debuggers

• Experience with version control systems (git/SVN/Perforce)

• Knowledge of LTE/5G

• Ability of reading technical specifications (3GPP)
