Internship - Intern in Software Development Process Support Team

About our Team

Our team is focused on software quality and the development process. We keep up-to-date with regard to all projects in our research hub. We are responsible for supporting our organization to build right “Software Engineering” culture and for helping our project teams to achieve their goals with high quality standards.

Role and Responsibilities

• Implementation of process changes in R&D development teams
• Measuring performance and introducing improvements in the software development process 
• Ensuring high quality of the software production process at every stage - by reviewing documentation and design data and conducting internal audits of compliance with the process
• Collecting, analyzing and processing data related to the software development process
• Constant support for users of the software development process in terms of consultations on quality and process requirements
• Minor programming work (prototyping and testing tools for internal use by the team)

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, electronics, mathematics, telecommunications or related fields
• Knowledge of terminology related to software engineering and software quality assurance
• Analytical abilities
• Critical thinking
• Communication skills, teamwork skills
• Good knowledge of English (spoken and written) including terminology in the field of Software Engineering

Nice to have

• Experience in working in commercial software projects
• Ability to efficiently use the Excel application in ad hoc data analysis
• Programming skills in Python
