Job description
About our Team
This is a yearly team project, where you will become an expert in C++, multimedia and Chromium web engine code.
Your goal will be to develop video streaming features in an open source project, technology behind You Tube and any web-based video players, under a keen eye of an experienced mentor.
Role and Responsibilities
· Learning W3C standards related to multimedia
· Coding with C++
· Creating simple Web applications for testing
· Creating native playback apps
· Familiarize with GST pipeline
Skills and Qualifications
· C++ '17
· Linux
· Git
· Python basics
Nice to have
· Understanding of multimedia formats
· System and network programming concepts
· Any knowledge of Web technologies
· Prior knowledge of gstreamer or Video4Linux would be awesome
