What You’ll Work On

• Architect Semi-Structured Data Flows. Build pipelines that ingest and normalize chaotic inputs (PDFs, Excel, emails, legacy ERP dumps) into structured formats ready for decision-making. Think Palantir Foundry, but tailor built for managing supply-chain at a massive scale.

• Design Human-in-the-Loop Agents Systems. All of our AI deployments are phased: first, we build UIs that help humans execute and annotate workflows. Then, we inject agents into those flows using the collected data. You’ll help build both phases — human control, then AI augmentation along with the internal tooling that helps us do this at scale.

• Operational UI & Frontend Infra. Build the frontends that power this phased rollout — allowing operators to view, validate, override, and gradually hand off work to intelligent agents. We don’t believe in “AI magic” we focus on real-world collaboration between software and people.

• AI-Powered Quoting at Scale. Enable intelligent parsing and automated responses for hundreds of inbound emails a day. Build backend flows that transform noise into fast communication.

• AI Backtesting & Deployment Frameworks. Develop tooling to test agents on historical data, simulate outcomes, and safely deploy into live environments — all backed by version-controlled workflows.

• AI-Enhanced Data Input Interfaces. Build intelligent Excel-style tools that let users map any column layout into SQL-backed formats — powered by chain of thought reasoning and schema inference.

• Own End-to-End Systems. From front-end UI to back-end pipelines to model prompts — you’ll touch every layer and own it through shipping, iteration, and scale.

• Internal ToolingBuild fast, flexible tools for our FDE’s to deploy new agent workflows, debug outputs, and monitor performance.

Skills and requirements

• You built things in the past: passion projects, startups, websites, and indie hacks are valued 10x more than corporate ticket pushing

• JavaScript and TypeScript, experience with at least one framework (React, Svelte, Vue, Angular, Next)

• SQL, relational databases
