Test Coordinator (Banking / Finance)

Salary: up to 115 PLN/h net (B2B)

Location: Warsaw (Hybrid work – 2 days in the office)

Experience level: Senior / Expert (min. 7 years)

About the project

We are looking for an experienced Test Coordinator to join our team and take responsibility for organizing and managing front-end and back-end testing in complex IT projects. If you excel at coordinating processes, can bridge the gap between business and development, and easily navigate cross-domain environments – this job is for you!

Your main responsibilities:

• Managing front-end and back-end tests and ensuring the highest standards of functional testing within ongoing projects.

• Cooperating with development teams in cross-domain projects and coordinating activities with external partners.

• Establishing the test approach across cycles, sprints, releases, and project schedules.

• Analyzing requirements from a testing perspective and ensuring adequate test coverage.

• Managing the scope of Regression testing for complex business processes.

• Ongoing Defect Management.

Our requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in the IT testing area in a coordinating, lead, or management role.

• Practical knowledge of software development life cycle methodologies (both Agile and Waterfall).

• Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence.

• Analytical skills, self-reliance, and diligence in daily tasks.

• Highly developed interpersonal communication skills, essential for effective collaboration.

• Ability to work under time pressure.

• Readiness to work in a hybrid model (2 days a week from the Warsaw office).

Nice to have:

• ISTQB certification (Foundation Level or Test Manager).

• Experience in the banking / financial industry and knowledge of banking products.

• Practical knowledge of log extraction and analysis tools (e.g., Kibana).

• Familiarity with API testing tools: Postman or SoapUI.
