Role Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Workday Specialist. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a Workday Time & Absence Configurator, working in close collaboration with Roche People & Culture, Group IT, and Workday. Your primary responsibilities will include the configuration and maintenance of Workday's Time & Absence solutions as well as interfacing with other systems utilized within our organization. You will act as a technical and functional point-of-contact for the Product Owner and related business groups, contributing to the development of new functionalities and enhancements.

Responsibilities:
- Configuring the Time & Absence module based on User Stories within a SAFE/Scrum environment.
- Collaborating with the Product Owner to improve module performance, conduct release testing, and manage upgrades.
- Providing troubleshooting support and resolving system-related incidents and problems.
- Supporting the development and delivery of training content as required.
We are looking for:
- A minimum of 5 years of related experience and certification in Workday Time and Absence.
- Expertise in Workday HCM (Core).
- Proficiency in working within a SAFE/SCRUM environment, adept at managing multiple priorities.
- Experience in creating 'use case' test cases and executing system testing effectively.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are an asset.
- A customer-centric approach with cultural awareness and proactive needs anticipation.
- Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities, including active listening and critical thinking.
- A growth mindset with a willingness to take risks, experiment, and engage in continuous learning.
