System Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Designing new functionalities and changes in IT systems within the Restructuring and Debt Collection area.

• Preparing, analyzing, and modeling business requirements for IT systems.

• Preparing analytical documentation.

• Performing initial analysis of incidents related to system malfunctions.

• Cooperating with business users, development teams, and external vendors during project delivery.

• Working in the Scrum methodology.

• Have strong analytical thinking skills and the ability to conduct business analysis.

• Are able to collaborate effectively with internal business stakeholders.

• Understand IT system design principles, particularly for web applications.

• Can create system specifications and analytical documentation.

• Have knowledge of relational databases and SQL (especially MS SQL).

• Are open to change, creative, and well organized.

• Have strong communication skills and can work both independently and as part of a team.
