We are looking for an experienced SEO + GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) Specialist to support a global biotech organization in navigating the rapidly evolving search landscape. This part-time role focuses on strengthening visibility across traditional search and AI-powered generative engines.

What you’ll do

• Audit SEO performance across classic and generative search experiences

• Analyze changing search trends and AI-driven search behavior

• Define SEO and GEO strategies and guide next steps

• Translate analysis into clear insights, recommendations, and presentations

• Stay up to date with Google and generative engine updates

What we’re looking for

• Strong experience in SEO and exposure to GEO / generative search

• Knowledge of content optimization, link building, SEO audits, and competitor analysis

• Experience with content development

• Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, Adobe Analytics, Looker, Ahrefs / SEMrush, Screaming Frog

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Experience in independently managing projects

• Professional English (minimum B2)

• Independent, analytical, and results-driven mindset

Nice to have

• Experience in enterprise or regulated industries (biotech, pharma, healthcare)

• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge

• Ability to create SEO-optimized content aligned with AI-driven discovery
