💼 Job Responsibilities

• Work in a C++ environment on Windows and Linux platforms.

• Enhance and maintain backend C++ servers for real-time trading applications.

• Contribute during all phases of the project lifecycle.

• Collaborate with business teams to deliver technical solutions to client needs.

• Cooperate with QA and support teams to resolve development, testing, and production issues.

✅ Key Competencies

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent technical expertise).

• 5+ years of experience in C++ programming.

• Strong structural & OO programming skills: concepts, data structures, patterns, templates, multithreaded programming.

• Good database knowledge and basic SQL skills.

• Experience with version control systems (e.g., GIT).

• Excellent problem-solving abilities.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team.

• Capability to recognize and prioritize critical production issues.

➕ Nice to Have

• Financial background, especially in Fixed Income.

• Experience with Python, Perl, and shell scripting.

• Understanding of communication protocol fundamentals.
