We are looking for a Marketing Analytics & Loyalty Strategist!
100% remote (Occasional business travel across EMEA countries)
As a Sr. Strategist on the Strategy & Analytics team, you’ll help clients build more profitable and active relationships with customers and deliver a deeper understanding of how customers engage across channels to drive a measurable increase in high value behaviors and spend. Strategic marketing services, loyalty campaign analytics, program ROI modeling and loyalty program design are just a few of the ways the strategy team assists clients and prospects in making smarter decisions and achieving greater results.
Responsibilities:
Being an inventive problem-solver, comfortable addressing ambiguous questions, thinking quickly on the spot and executing sophisticated analyses
Playing a key role in the creation of programs and business cases to retain and win new clients
Building and evolving loyalty ROI models & economies to forecast short and long-term impact
Tapping into our database of powerful 1st-party data to conduct quantitative analysis such as customer segmentation and lifetime value modeling
Providing analytics and integrated loyalty program solutions to guide client decision-making, actively participating in program strategy planning exercises
Keeping a pulse on the loyalty marketing industry and building up knowledge of business strategy issues
Collaborating with Client Managers, Marketing and Sales teams to develop robust program approaches

Central Skills for the Role:
Proven quantitative analytical abilities, including expert Excel modeling skills
Ability to write SQL queries is a strong plus
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively at all levels of an organization
Extremely organized with a strong attention to detail. Experience managing and prioritizing multiple requests in a fast-paced environment
Stellar communication skills, both verbally and in writing. Experience building compelling PowerPoint presentations and presenting to clients
Outstanding quantitative and research skills and proven data interpretation and visualization capabilities
Flexible, adaptable, and excited to work in a dynamic environment
Become a trusted advisor to your clients by developing and guiding their loyalty roadmap and engagement plans
Be Committed to Loyalty. Guide our clients to best in class loyalty programs whether starting from scratch or expanding and evolving a current program.
Sit in the C-Suite. Engage with senior leaders at organizations delivering recommendations and guidance on their program.
Showcase Thought Leadership. The loyalty world evolves quickly. Continually be familiar with trends, technology solutions and competitive strategies and then translate into new marketing opportunities for clients.

Expand our Footprint. Showcase the value of strategic services to current clients and be a key piece of our business development process to drive new business opportunities.
Required Background & Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years professional experience in strategic consulting, marketing analytics or a similarly data-intensive field
3+ years in the development and management of customer loyalty program(s) including evolving a program over a period of years and managing a budget associated with a platform.
An understanding of B2C marketing: multichannel marketing, database marketing, digital advertising, direct response marketing, CRM, etc.
Agency or consulting experience is strongly preferred
Experience in development of service offerings within a consulting environment a plus
Hands-on skills using data to drive decisions – proficiency in Excel is required; SQL experience a plus
Experience translating data analysis into actionable marketing recommendations and presentations – proficiency in PowerPoint is required
Ability to leverage business experience / acumen to identify new business and marketing opportunities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with project management and interpersonal communication abilities (ability to produce professional reports and present to senior-level executives within client organizations.)
Strong listening and superior relationship building skills
Outstanding attention to detail and high personal quality expectations
High intellectual curiosity, drive, determination, self-confidence and persuasion skills
Self-directed and self-motivated with a demonstrated work ethic and ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
Willingness to travel as needed (EMEA countries)
Bachelor’s Degree required, Advanced Degree strongly preferred (preferably in Marketing, Business Management, Economics, Statistics or other related coursework)
