🏢 Project Context

You will join a team implementing key projects in the financial and insurance industries. We are looking for someone who goes beyond basic UI testing – a professional capable of analyzing logs and collaborating closely with analytical and development teams. Work takes place in a modern office in the very center of Warsaw.

💼 Your Responsibilities

You will be responsible for ensuring software quality through functional and integration testing, as well as documentation verification.

• Test Design: Writing test scenarios based on user stories and project documentation.

• Test Execution: Performing manual tests (functional, integration).

• Diagnostics: Analyzing system logs to precisely identify errors.

• Reporting: Reporting bugs, documenting test results, and identifying quality risks.

• Collaboration: Ongoing communication with IT Analysts, Business Analysts, and Developers to clarify requirements and resolve issues.

  
  

✅ Key Competencies

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in manual testing.

• Domain Knowledge: Knowledge of the Banking or Insurance industry (Must Have).

• Technical Skills: Analytical thinking skills and the ability to analyze logs.

• Process Knowledge: Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Knowledge of SoapUI tools.

• ISTQB certification.

• Experience working in Scrum methodology.

• Knowledge of test automation methods and techniques.
