1302 Guidewire Developer

We are looking for a Guidewire Developer to join our team and support the development and customization of Guidewire insurance solutions. The role involves working across multiple Guidewire components including PolicyCenter configuration, integrations, rating, forms, and DataHub.

You will collaborate with business analysts, architects, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions for insurance platforms.

3-4 hours of overlap from the USA is expected

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Guidewire applications, primarily PolicyCenter

• Implement integrations between Guidewire and external systems

• Configure business rules, workflows, and product model within Guidewire

• Develop and maintain rating logic and pricing configurations

• Implement and customize forms and document templates

• Work with Guidewire DataHub to support data integration and reporting

• Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions

• Participate in code reviews, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure system stability and performance

Requirements

• Experience working with Guidewire platform (PolicyCenter preferred)

• Knowledge of Guidewire configuration and development

• Experience with Guidewire integrations and web services (REST/SOAP)

• Understanding of Guidewire product model and rating configuration

• Experience working with Guidewire forms or document generation

• Familiarity with Guidewire DataHub or data integration concepts

• Good understanding of software development best practices

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
