Project Overview

We are looking for a specialist who combines strong technical expertise with the ability to understand business needs. The position covers the full project lifecycle: requirement analysis, solution design, implementation, and maintenance. The key focus areas include SharePoint Online and the broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including collaboration, process automation, and system integration services.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze client requirements, collaborate with business teams

• Design solution architecture within Microsoft 365 / SharePoint

• Implement and configure SharePoint environments (Online and/or On-Premises) and related services

• Develop and maintain solutions — both through configuration and custom development

• Automate business processes using Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)

• Integrate systems using REST API, Azure services, ensuring security and governance

• Prepare documentation, provide user support, and ensure quality in an international environment

Requirements

• At least 4–5 years of experience working with SharePoint (Online or On-Premises)

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365: administration, configuration, implementation

• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

• Good command of English (B2+ / C1 level)

• Excellent communication and client-facing skills, ability to work remotely and collaboratively

Nice to have

• Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)

• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365

• Experience with system integrations (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, REST API)

• Microsoft certifications (e.g. Power Platform Fundamentals, SharePoint, Microsoft 365)

• Familiarity with DevOps / CI-CD tools for Microsoft 365
