Power Platform Developer

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Power Platform Developer who takes end-to-end ownership of features and actively bridges the gap between business needs and technical implementation.
The ideal candidate not only builds solutions but also challenges requirements, optimizes user experience, and contributes to delivering real business value.

• Develop Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, integrations) based on business requirements, ensuring scalable and maintainable implementations.

• Develop solution designs with a strong focus on usability and user-centricity, continuously improving user experience and adoption across the application lifecycle.

• Ensure quality and maintainability by applying best practices such as robust error handling, modular design, clean architecture, and testing.

• Collaborate with architects and other teams to ensure alignment on architecture, integration patterns, and platform standards.

Qualifications

• You have a university degree in computer science, mathematics, physics or a similar field.

• Strong experience with Power Platform, including:

  • Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps).

  • Power Automate (Flows).

  • Dataverse and data modeling.

• Experience deploying and managing Power Platform solutions across multiple environments.

• Good understanding of:

  • ALM / CI-CD processes in Power Platform.

  • Integration patterns, including APIs, custom connectors, Logic Apps, and Azure services.

  • Authentication and authorization mechanisms in Power Platform.

• Ability to extend Power Platform solutions using Azure Functions, C#, or custom connectors.

• Solid understanding of databases and REST APIs.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint and Teams.

• Experience with Azure DevOps and the Azure platform.

• Excellent communication skills in English and Polish.

• Willingness to work in a hybrid model, including 1 day per month in our Katowice office.
