Power BI Developer

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Power BI reports, datasets, and refresh schedules.

• Manage incidents, service requests, and change tickets related to BI issues.

• Track work items, manage tasks, and participate in sprint planning and retrospectives.

• Implement requirements like adding filters, adjusting visuals, or creating measures, new pages etc.

• Investigate data discrepancies and performance issues using logs and telemetry.

• Maintain clear records of fixes and changes for audit and knowledge sharing.

• Provide concise updates on ticket status and resolution timelines.

• Deliver quick-turnaround solutions aligned with sprint goals and SLAs.

Qualifications

• You have a university degree in computer science, mathematics, physics or similar.

• Proven development experience using Power BI Desktop, Service Now, Databricks, DAX-Code, Power Query M.

• DevOps Experience on the Azure Platform.

• Excellent communication skills in English and Polish.

• Open to working in a hybrid mode – one day per month at the office in Katowice.
