📍 Location: Poland, Remote Contract: B2B

🚀 What you’ll do

• Manage the full ML model lifecycle: research, experimentation, prototyping, deployment, and monitoring.

• Build and optimize Python-based models (e.g., customer lifetime value, recommendation engine modules, customer data platform applications).

• Design and integrate data pipelines and ML solutions into production (e.g., search personalization, clickstream analysis, automated triggers).

• Maintain and improve existing models to ensure scalability, performance, and robustness.

• Partner with engineering, product, and business teams to translate complex data into actionable features.

• Contribute clean, maintainable code, apply DevOps practices (testing, CI/CD), and conduct code reviews.

• Mentor junior colleagues and bring fresh perspectives to modeling and methodology.

🔧 What you bring

• ~5 years of experience in end-to-end data science projects (ideally eCommerce, SaaS, or MarTech).

• Strong Python skills.

• Experience deploying models in production environments.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure or AWS is a plus).

• Solid background in statistics, modeling, and software engineering.

• Analytical mindset with a focus on practical business impact.

• Excellent English and communication skills, with the ability to explain insights to different audiences.

✨ Nice to have

• Experience with Azure, DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, Databricks, Cassandra, SQL.

• Knowledge of Delta Lake and Spark for large-scale data.

• Hands-on experience with deep learning (PyTorch, TensorFlow, MXNet).
