Platform Engineer / SysAdmin

Responsibilities

• Leadership of installation, configuration and maintenance of Red Hat OpenShift clusters in production environments

• Design and operation of OpenShift-based platforms using Terraform, Helm charts and Tekton

• Management of cluster lifecycle and automation using OpenShift ACM and HyperShift hosted control planes

• Implementation of CI/CD and GitOps workflows using ArgoCD and OpenShift-native tooling

• Management of container images, registries and operators using Artifactory, Red Hat Quay, MirrorQuay and OpenShift Operators

• Close collaboration with clients and internal teams, providing platform expertise in client-facing environments

Qualifications

• Successfully completed university degree in Computer Science or a related technical field

• 3–4+ years of hands-on experience as a Platform Engineer or System Administrator with Red Hat OpenShift

• Strong practical experience with OpenShift cluster installation, configuration and maintenance

• Hands-on experience with Terraform, Helm, Tekton and GitOps tools such as ArgoCD

• Experience with OpenShift ACM, HyperShift, container image management and storage solutions

• Very good communication skills in English and Polish and confidence working in client-facing environments
