YOUR ROLE

We are looking for a skilled Ansible Engineer to join our platform support team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with configuration management, infrastructure automation, and CI/CD pipelines. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automated workflows using Ansible and supporting technologies.

YOUR TASKS

• Develop, maintain, and optimize Ansible playbooks, roles, and collections for automated configuration management.

• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.

• Manage and collaborate on code repositories using GitHub, including version control, branching strategies, and pull request workflows.

• Create and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform and Terragrunt.

• Write and execute automated tests for Ansible roles and playbooks using Molecule.

• Collaborate with development and operations teams to streamline deployment processes and ensure reliable, scalable infrastructure.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing automation workflows and infrastructure.

• Document processes, configurations, and workflows to ensure maintainability and knowledge sharing.

YOUR PROFILE

• Strong experience with Ansible, including playbooks, roles, and inventory management.

• Experience with GitHub and GitHub Actions for CI/CD.

• Hands-on experience with Terraform and Terragrunt for infrastructure provisioning.

• Knowledge of automated testing frameworks for Ansible such as Molecule.

• Understanding of Linux/Unix systems and networking concepts.

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.

• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and in a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with other configuration management tools (Puppet, Chef) is a plus.

• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.

• Understanding of security best practices in infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
