Manager for MS365 (Modern Workplace)

Responsibilities

• Economical-oriented growth of your team with a focus on Digitization of the Workplace and "Modern Work" using MS365
• Development and implementation of a growth course through recruitment, development, and retention of employees.
• Participation in selected projects according to focus, e.g. as Scrum Master, Project Manager, Management Consultant or Solution Specialist.
• Establishment and expansion of customer relationships related to "Modern Work".
• Coaching of project teams.

Qualifications

• A university degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Many years of experience in consulting and the solutions business with an entrepreneurial character and experience with one of MS365 solutions.
• Strong experience in important management disciplines in consulting such as capacity control, customer relationship, expectation management and project organization.
• Diverse experience with "Modern Work" based on Microsoft 365 technologies in presales, quotation management, as well as in operational project business.
• A well-established network in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Good communication skills in English
• Profound experience in building and leading (project) teams.
• Proven competent leader who can develop and lead teams in a goal-oriented manner based on modern leadership methods.
• Availability to work in a hybrid mode or remotely with at least 1 visit in the office per quarter
