Junior Business Analyst (UoP)

Responsibilities

• Grow to become a Business Analyst specializing in Salesforce products and platform - we offer structured on-boarding including hands-on Salesforce training with a dedicated buddy to help you become effective in a matter of weeks
• Work embedded in a delivery team focusing on business requirements discovery and analysis
• Elicit business processes and produce functional specifications including acceptance criteria
• Propose technical solutions to the problems using common features of the Salesforce Platform.
• Apply Salesforce configuration or even develop with the declarative platform tools if you’re into hands-on project delivery tasks
• Present project results, at the customer site or virtually

Qualifications

• Successfully completed university studies in computer science, engineering, mathematics or comparable courses
• You have general understanding of modern technology concepts, familiarity with Salesforce will be an additional asset
• You are curious, enjoy challenges and have a high degree of customer orientation
• Interpersonal skills which allow you interacting with a diverse audience - speak to business stakeholders, speak to developers
• You are a strong team player with excellent communication skills. Very good spoken and written English is a must, German will be a nice to have
• Availability to work in a hybrid mode – visits to the Katowice office weekly
