Application Mapping Analyst with DORA Experience

Project Description:

We are looking for two consultants to join our team in 2025 to support the mapping of contractual agreements to ICT applications. Additionally, the consultants will contribute to the development and maintenance of a tool for data collection.

This role involves collaboration with multiple departments and the collection of data from various sources, including Mega Hopex Helix, Technopedia, Ariba, and B&P. The position also requires direct interaction with application providers and the Group Architecture team to confirm whether applications are supported internally or by third-party vendors.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of ICT contracts, including types, terms, and application within banking.
• Expertise in application lifecycle management (ITIL) and integration with contract management systems.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools for mapping applications and data management.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills beyond data analysis.
• Excellent communication and project management abilities for effective stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct application mapping related to contractual agreements.
• Develop and maintain a tool for data collection and management.
• Collaborate with different business units to gather necessary data.
• Interact with application providers and Group Architecture to verify internal or third-party support.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in mapping ICT applications to contractual agreements.
