Responsibilities
The Business Unit Manager is the key person for building up and heading a Reply Polska business unit located in Katowice, Poland
Focus is on general management, budget and personnel planning, as well as stakeholder management (Reply internal clients)
Active participation in the recruitment/sourcing processes (interviewing, deciding on hiring, and economics)
People management and mentoring (20+ people)
Project delivery supervision/management. You are responsible for your team, the reporting of all KPIs against the business plan, and making sure that all software development projects are delivered in quality, time, and budget
You will work in an agile mode, combined with a high degree of creativity in an innovative and international team

Qualifications
We are looking forward to your successfully completed studies in computer science, mathematics, physics or comparable technical course of study and relevant professional experience in position with personnel responsibility.
You are very familiar with coordinating, leading, and scheduling a team and you are a good "people manager" who understands how to motivate team members
Experience in IT Service Management and ITIL and managed services or SLA driven service delivery projects
You are able to simultaneously meet customer expectations and challenge your employees. An intermittently stressful situation challenges you and demonstrates your pragmatic solution-oriented thinking.
You are open to work in a hybrid mode, with 2-3 days at our office in Katowice.
Very good communication skills in English and Polish (German on a basic level is an advantage), as well as the willingness to travel occasionally, complete your profile.
