The role of the End User Computing Consultant focuses on enhancing and managing end-user technologies within the organisation, specifically through tools like Microsoft Endpoint Manager and Intune. This role is critical for ensuring smooth deployment and management of devices, improving user experience, and migrating systems towards fully cloud-managed setups.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage Microsoft Endpoint Manager solutions.

• Oversee Intune governance and improvements.

• Execute projects for moving from hybrid setups to fully cloud-managed PCs.

• Implement Defender for mobile to enhance security measures.

• Test Intune MDM on various devices, including MACs, Android handhelds, and tablets.

• Migrate Active Directory Group Policy Objects (GPOs) to Intune configuration policies.

• Set up Autopilot for international sites to streamline device setup.

• Develop and manage Azure runbooks as needed.

Key Requirements:

• PowerShell and automation expertise.

• Experience with Intune and SCCM technologies.

• Familiarity with Endpoint Management and Autopilot.

• Background in DevOps and IT operations highly preferred.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of Azure runbooks.

• Experience with JAMF and SOTI.
