AI Developer

Responsibilities

• Join our dynamic and international project team focused on intelligent automation and AI-driven document processing solutions.
• In this role, you’ll define and implement robust API integrations between multiple platforms, including Phoenix (our Client Document Intake Solution), Navig8 (Power Platform app), and Activ8 (custom Azure .NET web application).
• You’ll be responsible for developing in Python to process and analyze data, as well as working hands-on with Databricks and Unity Catalog.
• The role also includes prompt engineering and processing results from large language models (LLMs).
• Flexibility is key – we’re looking for someone open to contributing across various project streams as needed.

Qualifications

• Successfully completed university degree in computer science, business informatics, mathematics, or a comparable field.
• Solid experience as a Developer.
• Proven skills in Python for data processing and analytics
• Experience integrating systems via REST APIs, especially in Azure environments.
• Familiarity with Power Platform and custom Azure-based applications.
• Knowledge of Databricks and Unity Catalog is a plus
• Basic understanding of prompt engineering and working with LLMs.
• Fluent English is required; German is a plus.
• Openness to hybrid work model with occasional visits to our Katowice office.
