Agile Project Manager / Delivery Manager (B2B)

Responsibilities

Agile & Scrum Master Responsibilities:

• Own and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, Refinements).
• Ensure meeting structures support team efficiency
• Identify and remove impediments/blockers to ensure smooth team operations.
• Maintain the Sprint Board in Jira, ensuring visibility of tasks, stories, and defects.
• Drive backlog refinement and ensure accurate estimations (story points, T-Shirt sizing).
• Support defect monitoring and handling in alignment with agreed processes.

Product Owner Responsibilities:

• Drive backlog management and refinement to ensure clear scope and priorities.
• Ensure alignment with stakeholders.
• Document epics, acceptance criteria, and project status on Confluence.
• Ensure teams have all relevant information for successful development and delivery.
• Oversee release planning and PI Planning, ensuring capacity is well managed.
• Support risk identification and mitigation planning.

Meetings & Coordination:

• Lead overall project syncs with the clients and internal teams.
• Facilitate technical and operational meetings, including Ops Weekly, Tech Syncs, and UX Syncs.
• Moderate discussions, document decisions, and ensure follow-up actions are tracked.
• Support refinement and PI planning sessions to align on epics, stories, and dependencies.
• Ensure teams participate effectively in system demos and sprint reviews.

Qualifications

• You have successfully completed studies in informatics, business or a comparable course of study
• At least 5 years of professional experience in Agile project management, Scrum, and SAFe methodology.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams of 15+ people.
• Proven ability to manage backlogs, release planning, and risk management.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments with a high number of meetings and stakeholder interactions.
• Strong facilitation skills for moderating meetings and ensuring team alignment.
• Ability to drive improvements in Agile processes and foster a collaborative team culture.
• Strong documentation skills (Jira, Confluence) and a structured approach to tracking work.
• Preferred: Experience in consulting, working with global brands.
• Location flexibility: Must be able to attend the Katowice office at least twice a month.
• Willingness to travel abroad a few times per year.
