To help accelerate our growth and pace of delivery, we are looking for talented AI Engineer to help spearhead the overall look and feel of our features and services.

We’re hiring an AI Engineer to join our team at the intersection of engineering, AI innovation, and go-to-market execution. This role is perfect for a hands-on builder who wants to see their work directly impact revenue growth, customer retention, and operational excellence.

What you'll be doing:

Implement new AI features in products:

• Build tools & frameworks augmenting capabilities of LLM/VLMs

• Build AI automations & AI agents

Fine-tune AI models

• Fine-tune and maintain models with HuggingFace toolkit

• Monitor models performance

• Work with and guide internal teams on building custom datasets

Research & Development

• Rapidly build and test AI-driven concepts — moving from proof of concept → MVP → production

• Evaluate existing solutions (both internal & external) and conduct experiments on potential improvements

What you’ll need:

Technical Skills

• Strong software engineering background: Python, Rust is a nice-to-have

• Experience in parameter efficient fine-tuning

• Knowledge and familiarity with the tools in AI ecosystem (ML frameworks, HuggingFace, MLOps, Guardrails, AI Agents)

• Understanding the theory behind neural networks and Transformer architecture

Experience

• At least 4–5 years in AI/ML space, at least 2 years with language models, experience with other modalities (vision, audio) is a nice-to- have

• Track record of going from idea → prototype → production in fast-paced environmentsPrevious experience in R&D department is highly valued
