Project Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for Project Managers with experience in fintech or legal tech. This is essential for the role. Each Project Manager will lead their own sub-team within our larger structure. You will work closely with developers and business teams to deliver high-quality, reliable, and secure solutions.

To succeed, you should be comfortable working with modern technologies, including Python (backend), React (frontend), Django, AWS (single instance + Lambdas), PostgreSQL, and Elasticsearch.

MUST - exp in legal/fintech projects and fluent English.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage your own sub-team within the overall project.

• Plan, organize, and deliver project tasks on time and within scope.

• Work with developers to ensure good use of Python, React, Django, AWS, PostgreSQL, and Elasticsearch.

• Make sure development follows best practices for performance, security, and scalability.

• Coordinate with other Project Managers to align with overall goals.

• Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Track progress, risks, and dependencies, and report to senior leadership.

Essential Requirements

• Proven Project Management experience in fintech or legal tech (required).

• Strong understanding of software development projects.

• Familiar with Python, React, Django, AWS, PostgreSQL, and Elasticsearch.

• Experience working with developers, QA, and business teams.

• Experience managing cross-functional or remote teams.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
