Frontend Team Lead
We combine strong frontend engineering skills with technical leadership. We guide technical decisions, support other engineers, and build fast, high-quality, and accessible user interfaces for our confidential computing platform.
Core Profile
Experience: 7–10+ years in frontend development, with 2–3+ years in a lead role
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, or similar practical experience
Technology Stack (2025/2026)
Languages: TypeScript (required) and modern JavaScript
Frameworks: React 19+ with modern features; Next.js, TanStack Start, or Remix. Vue, Svelte, or Angular are also accepted
Build tools: Vite preferred, Turbopack, and modern Rust-based tools; Biome for linting
Testing: Vitest or Jest, Playwright, Testing Library, and MSW
Styling: Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui, modern CSS features, and Storybook
State & data: TanStack Query, Zustand or Jotai; REST, GraphQL, tRPC, and WebSockets
Architecture & Quality
Patterns: Clear server and client separation, server-side rendering, code splitting, and edge rendering
Performance: Focus on Core Web Vitals, bundle size, and caching
Accessibility: WCAG 2.2 AA, European Accessibility Act, and EN 301 549 standards
Security: Protection against XSS and CSRF, use of CSP, and secure login patterns
AI-assisted development: Daily use of tools like GitHub Copilot or Cursor, including AI-based testing
Leadership & Responsibilities
Lead a frontend team of 2–6 engineers and manage planning and sprints
Mentor developers, review code, and support career growth
Work closely with Product, Design, Backend, and DevOps teams
Define coding rules, testing methods, and CI/CD quality checks
Modern Expectations
Use modern rendering methods like SSR, SSG, ISR, streaming, and partial hydration
Work with complex systems such as micro-frontends, shared UI systems, and design systems
Explore new technologies like edge functions, WebAssembly, PWAs, and reactive patterns
Nice to Have
Experience in security or confidential computing
Work on enterprise or government projects
Open-source contributions
Experience with monorepos (Nx, Turborepo)
Backend knowledge (Node.js or Go)
