Delivery Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for two experienced Delivery Leads to manage important IT projects for a client in the banking sector.

1. Supplier Exit Project – This role focuses on helping the client stop working with an IT service provider. You will manage the full exit process, making sure there is no disruption to the business and all rules (legal, security, and regulatory) are followed.
2. ITSM Tools Migration & Data Protection Project – This role focuses on moving IT tools like Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow from on-premise to cloud. You will also lead a project to protect important company data (Data Loss Prevention).

Must-Have Skills for Both Roles:

• Strong experience managing IT projects, including migrations and service exits
• Leadership skills and experience working with cross-functional teams
• Good knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and ITSM tools (for the second role)
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills
• Experience working in banking or other regulated environments
• Understanding of compliance, legal, and security requirements
• Able to manage risks, changes, and complex project timelines
• Comfortable speaking with senior stakeholders and project boards
