Role Overview

We are hiring a Senior Server Architect to lead our backend systems. You will manage the full server-side architecture and lead a team that builds and maintains the systems behind our IoT platform. This role needs strong technical skills, leadership, and clear thinking.

You’ll work with product, engineering, and leadership teams to build fast and reliable systems. This is not just a job – it's a chance to shape the future of our global platform.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead the design and growth of our server architecture
• Work with Azure IoT, C#, Web Jobs, REST APIs, and Elasticsearch
• Improve system performance and security
• Make key technical decisions
• Lead and support the backend team
• Turn business ideas into technical solutions
• Keep systems stable and high-performing
• Be a key part of business planning

Requirements

• 7+ years working with C# and .NET
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure, especially Azure IoT
• Good knowledge of Web Jobs, REST APIs, and Elasticsearch
• Backend architecture and leadership experience
• Clear spoken and written English
• Detail-oriented and confident making big decisions
• Hardworking with a business mindset

Nice to Have

• Experience with IoT or smart devices
• Worked in a startup or fast-growing company
• Experience connecting third-party services
