AI Product Manager
We are looking for a Product Manager who understands how LLM products work in real business environments. This includes embeddings, document search, evaluations, tool and function calling, MCP, orchestration, and system reliability.

The Opportunity
We are hiring an AI Product Manager to lead our AI product area, including our AI assistant, document intelligence tools, and AI-based dashboards and reporting features.
We need a PM who understands how LLM products work in production, including embeddings, document retrieval, evaluations, tool and function calling, MCP, orchestration, and reliability.
Responsibilities
Create product vision and roadmaps for AI-powered features across our platform. Manage the full product lifecycle from idea to launch.
Work closely with engineering, design, QA, marketing, and other teams to deliver successful product releases.
Define quality and reliability standards for AI features, including evaluations, permissions, response speed, and error handling.
Make strong product decisions about when to use AI, when to use standard UX solutions, and how to combine both effectively.
Support daily project management activities and improve product development processes using Agile methods.
Conduct market and customer research to understand user needs, analyze data, and help prioritize product features.
Requirements
Experience building and launching AI or LLM-based products in production, preferably in data, analytics, automation, or developer platforms.
Understanding of embeddings, evaluations, tool calling, MCP, and the limits of AI products.
Ability to take ownership of product roadmap planning and execution.
Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methods and tools such as Jira.
Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to explain product decisions clearly.
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
