We are Relyon IT Services, an outsourcing company and a software house, hiring over 300 IT specialists, with offices in Wroclaw, Warsaw, and since 2019 in Vietnam.
Currently, we are looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer who will join our team and work on one of the projects for our client in the financial sector.
Responsibilities:
- Translate complex product requirements into easy and intuitive user flows.
- Create responsive UIs that engage customers across devices.
- Identify overarching interaction patterns to ensure a consistent brand and user experience.
- Explain your ideas, designs and best practices in order to successfully convince, motivate and inspire your team.
- Collaborate with peers, product managers and developers through the entire product lifecycle.
- Test and refine low and high-fidelity UI/UX prototypes with users.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer, information architect, or similar UX-related role.
- An online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating relevant experience.
- Experience creating prototypes or highly detailed wireframes for complex web applications.
- Familiarity with user interface patterns and design systems.
- Experience with tools like Figma, Sketch, Invision, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop or alike.
Nice to have:
- Experience designing configurators for products and services. High knowledge on typography.
- Some HTML, CSS, JS, jQuery, AJAX experience to understand design feasibility.
- Strong interest in cutting edge UX design and new technologies.
- Familiarity with user interface patterns for web and native mobile apps.
