We’re currently looking for a Data Privacy Analyst to join our Data Protection Office team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting our global privacy and compliance efforts by managing privacy tools, coordinating assessments, and helping ensure our organization meets legal and regulatory requirements. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams — including IT, Security, Legal, Procurement, HR, and Marketing — to maintain data protection standards, manage documentation, and help demonstrate compliance with major privacy frameworks. Responsibilities
Maintain and manage privacy and compliance tools to support data inventory, assessments, and data requests.
Assist in developing and improving processes and procedures for evidence management, compliance tracking, and reporting.
Help maintain an up-to-date data inventory and ensure accurate documentation for privacy and security assessments.
Support due diligence and prepare responses to data subject and customer requests within regulatory timelines.
Track and report key privacy metrics, identifying process gaps and improvement opportunities.
Contribute to automating and streamlining privacy-related workflows.
Support the management and continuous improvement of the Data Protection Office intranet and related documentation.
Collaborate on the implementation of the company’s Privacy Compliance program.
Assist in preparing training materials and presentations as needed.
Perform other privacy, compliance, and data protection tasks as assigned.
Requirements
3–5 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 2 years in compliance, privacy, or information security.
Strong understanding of data protection and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27000, SOC2, or similar).
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Proficient in using Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, Drive, etc.).
Strong analytical mindset and ability to learn new systems and tools quickly.
High ethical standards and a proactive, customer-focused approach.
Nice to have:
Bachelor’s or Associate degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
Experience with compliance frameworks and privacy management tools (e.g., TrustArc, Nymity, Radar).
Familiarity with automation or process improvement in privacy or compliance environments.
Certified privacy or security credentials (e.g., CIPP/E, CIPM, ISO 27001)
